VISION T20 Factory

Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam Centre for Materializing Vision 2020 (Shorty known as Vision T20 Factory) is a not-for-profit initiative of IAMUSAP Ventures. The purpose of Vision T20 Factory is to achieve the goals set by Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam towards reaching the developed nation status.

About Dr.Kalam:

Dr. Kalam's full name is Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam. He was born in 15 October 1931 and died in 27 July 2015. He was an Indian aerospace scientist and statesman who served as the 11th President of India from 2002 to 2007. He was born and raised in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu, India and studied physics and aerospace engineering.

About India - Vision 2020:

India: Vision 2020 is a document prepared under the chairmanship of Mr. S. P. Gupta, Planning Commission.

This vision document was inspired by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's 1998 book - India 2020: A Vision for the New Millennium, which Dr.Kalam co-authored with Mr. Y. S. Rajan.

Developed India Vision is to empower and enrich the youth, experienced, people, and government towards realizing the goals of developed India. The estimated distinctive profile of developed India - 2020 as given below.

• A Nation where the rural and urban divide has reduced to a thin line.

• A Nation where there is an equitable distribution and adequate access to energy and quality water.

• A Nation where agriculture, industry and service sector work together in symphony.

• A Nation where education with value system is not denied to any meritorious candidates because of societal or economic discrimination.

• A Nation, which is the best destination for the most talented scholars, scientists, and investors.

• A Nation where the best of health care is available to all.

• A Nation where the governance is responsive, transparent and corruption free.

• A Nation where poverty has been totally eradicated, illiteracy removed and crimes against women and children are absent and none in the society feels alienated.

• A Nation that is prosperous, healthy, secure, devoid of terrorism, peaceful and happy and continues with a sustainable growth path.

• A Nation that is one of the best places to live in and is proud of its leadership.

Though the Developed India - Vision 2020 was not achieved as per the time frame, IAMUSAP Ventures wishes to contribute something to this society by working towards materializing the forgotten vision with a not for profit motto through this "Vision T20 Factory" Initiative.

Addressing all the above said constraints, two missions has been framed towards achieving Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam's Goals.
